Hotel Garden is Adults Designed +14: stays are intended for guests aged 14 and over. A booking must be made by an adult aged 18 or over.

Continuous chill-out, bossa nova and lounge music accompanies the stay in the shared spaces. In Nordic Wellness, the chill-out soundtrack is more immersive.

The Andalo–Doss Pelà gondola, one of the main gateways to the Paganella Ski Area, is approximately 1 km from Hotel Garden.

Yes. A covered area is available for motorcycles and snowmobiles.

No. The hotel does not have electric-car charging stations.

Yes. Free ski storage with boot warmers is available. In summer, the free locked and video-monitored bike/e-bike storage has charging sockets for guests’ own chargers, a pump, a small basic kit for simple adjustments and a water point with hose for washing bikes.

The ski-bus hub is a short walk from the hotel. Andalo Life Park is also close by, directly opposite Hotel Garden.

Lake Molveno is approximately 5 km from Hotel Garden.

Yes. Small dogs are welcome by prior request, with a €15 daily supplement.

Dogs may not enter the breakfast room, restaurant or Nordic Wellness. Access to the bar and lounge is assessed according to the situation and service at the time.

Yes. The Trentino/Paganella Guest Card is free for Hotel Garden guests and offers seasonal benefits for local mobility, public transport, museums, attractions, activities and experiences.

Winter activities include skiing in the Paganella Ski Area, walks and excursions in the snow, and other seasonal activities offered locally.

Summer offers hiking, walks through woods and mountains, bike and e-bike routes, Lake Molveno, Andalo Life Park and many outdoor activities across the Paganella Plateau.

Check-in is available from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

Late check-out is available only on request, subject to availability and a supplement.

For a very late or night-time arrival, contact Hotel Garden in advance so that arrival arrangements can be agreed.

Hotel Garden is open throughout the year, with possible periods of partial closure.

Cash, debit cards, credit cards and advance bank transfer are normally accepted. Deposit, guarantee and cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and are communicated before confirmation.

No. Tourist tax is not included in the rate and is paid separately in accordance with current regulations.
